Red Chili Pepper, Water, Salt, Acetic Acid, Citric Acid, Vinegar, Ascorbic Acid, Calcium Chloride, Sodium Metabisulfite. Should be stored and kept in an environment away from direct sunlight at normal storage temperature. Recommended expiration date is on the lid.
